When you sign up for coaching we will monitor your progress and collect data through the Trainerize app.
This app will help us easily guide you through nutrition choices, your customized workout program, and let us communicate at any time. All the things you need to stay on track to reach your goals.

Melissa Sims
Precision Nutrition 1, Aerial Yoga Flight Foundations
Melissa started her health and fitness journey in 2013 with the goal of changing habits in order to live a healthy life. After sparking a newfound passion in 2016 she competed in her first bodybuilding competition. Since then she has found a love for living a balanced lifestyle. Her goal is to help clients to find the joy in living life to the fullest by fueling their bodies well, practicing balance, and improving their relationships with food.
Sonya Latinovic
Precision Nutrition 1, StrongFirst 1, ACE CPT
Sonya’s passion for fitness and nutrition is as high as her energy! Cheerleading taught her practice turns to skills, which today she applies to training and nutrition coaching. Since the beginning of 2014, she’s built relationships with clients to help create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, while having fun! Sonya’s philosophy is all about aging stronger and building resilience. Her goal looks at each individual as a “story” and supports with guidance on the narrative.
